Capital Credit Union is pleased to
offer mortgage services to our members. If you are not currently
a member, you must be eligible for membership to obtain a
mortgage loan. You are eligible to become a member if you reside
within a 75-mile radius of Bismarck-Mandan. Once
your eligibility is confirmed, you simply need to open a savings
account prior to closing your mortgage loan.
We can process mortgages within the state of North Dakota. If you have an out-of-state property,

As you go through the online mortgage prequalification application, please keep the following in mind:
- Rates are quoted for purchase transactions based on a $100,000 mortgage loan.
- Submission of this application to Capital Credit Union does not constitute a rate lock. Upon
receipt of this application, we will call you to schedule a mortgage interview. At the interview time, you may choose to
lock or float your interest rate. Your actual interest rate will vary based on type of loan, loan amount, equity and escrow
preference.
