1Newly hired MSA, MSS and MSRs will receive the first half of the sign-on bonus ($250) on their first paycheck and the second half of the sign-on bonus ($250) after 90 days of employment. If the employee leaves the credit union within six months of hire, they will be required to pay the full $500 sign-on bonus back to Capital Credit Union. If an employee leaves the credit union and is hired back into an MSA, MSS or MSR position, they will be eligible for the $500 sign-on bonus if they have not been employed by Capital Credit Union for at least 90 days. Internal promotions do not qualify for the sign-on bonus.
A tobacco-free environment must be maintained in all credit union offices including lounges, twenty feet from entrances, exits, operable windows, air intakes, and ventilation systems of enclosed areas and credit union owned vehicles. Any employee using tobacco within the areas noted is subject to disciplinary action, which could include termination.
