BISMARCK, ND (Oct. 20, 2017) – Capital Credit Union’s South Branch remodel project is officially complete, giving members an inviting new space to conduct their financial transactions.

On Monday, Oct. 16, the branch hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony in partnership with the Bismarck-Mandan Chamber of Commerce to celebrate its reopening and kick off its grand reopening celebration, Oct. 16-22.

The branch redesign features an open layout with reconfigured waiting area and employee offices, new flooring and finishes, and face-to-face teller stations. These stations were one of the most notable branch enhancements because they replaced walk-up video teller stations.

“Members have been very complimentary of the new space and enjoy working with our tellers in person,” said Emily Brick, branch manager.

The South Branch is located at 835 S. Washington St. in Bismarck inside Dan’s Supermarket.

Branch History
At the ribbon cutting ceremony, Capital Credit Union President and CEO Deb Gallagher shared the South Branch opened 22 years ago on July 5, 1995, and was the credit union’s third branch.

“Although Capital Credit Union has full online and mobile banking, our branches still remain an important part of serving our members,” Gallagher said.
