- Username and login credentials
- Financial Information
- Account balances
- Account numbers (masked where appropriate)
- Transaction history
- Payment and transfer details
- Credit/debit card information
- Transaction Data
- Transfers between accounts
- Bill payments
- Debit/credit activity
- Mobile deposit activity
- Location Data
- Approximate or precise location (if enabled by your device)
- Used for fraud prevention, security monitoring, and improving services
- Device & Usage Information
- Device type, operating system, and browser
- IP address
- App usage data and logs
- Authentication and session details
- Images & Files (Photos)
- Images of checks captured for mobile deposit (Remote Deposit Capture / RDC)
- Any images voluntarily uploaded within the App

- Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party providers who support our services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for authorized purposes. Providers include:
- Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (Banno platform provider) for mobile banking infrastructure
- Payment processors and transaction networks
- Identity verification and fraud monitoring services
- Cloud storage and hosting providers
- Legal & Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose information:
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes
- To respond to lawful requests from public authorities
- To protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions, or security threats
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party providers who support our services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for authorized purposes. Providers include:
- Permissions We Request. To provide full functionality, our App may request access to the following:
- Camera / Photos (Required for Remote Deposit Capture)
- Access to your device camera and photo library is required for Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)
- This allows you to take and upload images of checks for deposit
- Images are securely transmitted and stored in accordance with financial regulations
- We do not access your photos unless you actively initiate a remote deposit capture or choose to upload an image
- Location (Optional)
- Used for fraud detection and security monitoring
- Helps identify suspicious activity and protect your account
- Notifications
- Used to send account alerts, transaction updates, and security notifications
- You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time within your device settings
- Camera / Photos (Required for Remote Deposit Capture)
- Data Security. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption (in transit and at rest)
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Secure login protocols
- Continuous monitoring for unauthorized access
- Data Retention. We retain your information only as long as necessary to:
- Provide services
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
- Your Privacy Choices. You may:
- Access and review your account information within the App
- Update or correct personal information
- Disable location services or permissions via device settings
- Contact us to request additional privacy-related actions
- Children’s Privacy. Our App is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
- Changes to This Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted within the App and reflect a new “Last Updated” date.
